Drawing on decades of experience, head winemaker David Muster sought out the perfect environment – ultimately finding it in the cool maritime vineyards that allow Chardonnay to thrive. The soul of Grace Under Pressure lies in its vineyards – planted in the limestone-rich soils near Mt Gambier in South Australia’s Limestone Coast, one of the coldest maritime wine regions on mainland Australia. These brisk, ocean-kissed conditions nurture premium cool-climate grapes, giving the wine its radiant freshness, crisp acidity, and refined mineral edge. Hand-crafted with meticulous care and aged through extended lees contact, each bottle showcases a delicate interplay of citrus, blossom and minerality, delivering a sparkling wine that’s both vibrant and sophisticated.
